For a long time I was only a personal trainer and for a long time I saw that your health problems could not simply be solved by exercise alone. That's where this process began. Assessment – One of the most important parts of the coaching itself, the assessment process. Here we find out the root of your problems, where we need to start, and what changes need to occur in order to begin the healing process.
Nutrition Plan – No diet here, just a sound plan based upon your needs and hormonal changes. You can expect no calorie counting, just pure and whole food based upon what will help your body move in the right direction.
Supplementation - As much as whole and pure foods do wonders, most of the time we need to add in some helpers in order to heal a little faster. Based upon your assessment we make supplementation recommendations in correlation to what may be missing from your body.
Workout Routine - Movement is the key to tying everything together. Every plan comes with a personalized workout routine as well as video tutorials for anyone with or without equipment.
Lifestyle Modifications – A plan is only as good as the life you're living and without the right changes in your everyday life, nothing else matters. We'll begin looking at strategies to better optimize our everyday living such as ways to deal with sleep, stress, movement, and of course nutrition.
Weekly Support and Emails – Virtual calls and email support are integral to keeping you on track. Every week we re-calibrate and make changes to your plan, ensuring that you never hit a plateau. Email support allows you to ask questions and address any concerns that may arise during the week.
