About Me - For a big portion of my life, I was overweight, anxious, depressed, and suicidal and when I first began this health journey, I was convinced that fitness was the number answer to health. As time went on and the more I learned and researched, I realized that health is not determined by simply what you do in the gym but what you do in life.
Project 150 was created as a means to give people more options and opportunity for their health rather than just going to the gym. It allows anyone and everyone to become healthy at home, on the go, or even at the gym. It is to give 150% for your health without compromise or subjugation.
I firmly believe that health must be tackled from the inside and that in order to become healthy, lose weight gain muscle, have better mental health, higher clarity in life, and so much more; that healing from within must be first priority.
If we want change, if we want better, if we want something more, we must be willing to start from the inside first.
